We have 3 cabins with different rates.
Rooi Assie 2 adults max cabin.
Witklip 6 adults max
Kids under 5 years old R290, kids from 5 and above adult price.
Blouberg 2 adult max cabin.
Our week and weekend rates differ and is set according to dates. Please select dates and total of persons to see availability and price.
we have 2 night min stay fri-sat booked together. Sun-thur 1night stay is fine.
It is about a 90 minute drive down the N2 highway. And 1 hours drive from CT International Airport.
Riding from Botriver it's 7 km onward on the Van der Stel pass on left hand side.

Please remember to send your pop straight after booking details is sent via email or watsapp after booking is made. Without payment we can't confirm your booking , unfortunately we work on first come first serve basis.
A 50% deposit is payable on booking to secure your booking. If the deposit is not paid your booking will be automatically cancelled after 2 hours.

What time can I check in & when should I check out?
Check in is from 15:00 & check out at 10:00 please understand we cant allow late checkouts if you want to stay longer you have to pay the extra day staff have schedules to follow and can`t wait for you if you book out late you will be charged accordingly and you accept this on booking.
Do you have card facilities on the farm?
No. All outstanding balances needs to be settled 7 business days prior to arrival.

You'll receive an automated email with all the payment instructions & basic info immediately after making the booking, payment must be made via EFT and pop sent to given email address provided to confirm your booking immediately after booking.
When do I need to make the final payment?
The outstanding balance for your upcoming stay needs to be paid in full 7 business days prior to arrival. Or your booking might be cancelled due to no remainder payment.
Do you have a minimum stay?
Not during the week, Sunday to Thursdays. Over weekends we have a minimum stay of 2 nights. Friday and saturday booked together. During high season, December & January, we also require a minimum stay of 2 nights. We also suggest a 2 night minimum stay for full experience

Prior to arrival we will watsapp guest with check in details and location pin to cottage. Guest must give a correct watsapp number on booking otherwise they wont be able to check in without details.
Guests should report a problem/or something broken on checkin or before 17;00, if it is reported after hours it will only be fixed or addressed by the correct staff member the following day in business hours. All staff members and owners are not situated on the farm for 24/7 service. And are off on weekends.
What is your pet policy?
We have a Strict No Pet policy.
Please don`t even ask these rules are in place for a reason and will not be allowed not even puppies. If you are caught smuggling a pet in you will be asked to leave/ police accompanied and pay a fine.
Does every cabin have its own heated wood fired pool?
Yes.
The pool is drained & cleaned before the new guests arrive. Also we have borehole water from underground its not dirty just has a lot of iron minerals.
All the water is recycled & used for irrigation.
Pre-lighting of pool R500 has to be arranged before hand 1 days notice charge is if arrival is between 15;00 and 18:00 can be added as extra on booking. (pre-lighting meaning we keep the pool going until arrival not throughout stay.)

Each cottage is set up & equipped for for amount of adults booked.
Is the farm accessible with a car?
The road from Botriver to cottage is gravel, but well maintained please note this is also weather related and can`t always be helped during heavy rain..
An average car can make the trip to the cottage.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 30 days - 25%
Less than 30 days prior to a arrival - no refund no exceptions.
Also we can`t go on last minute lockdowns and covid results our cancelation policies are there no refunds will be given and no dates moved.
7 business days prior to arrival - liable for whole booking amount.
